Stafford Hill Farms ("we," "us") operates the Flock Steward mobile app. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data we collect

Account information. When you log in, we collect your name and email address. This is required to identify your account and manage your subscription.

Farm data you enter. Flock Steward stores the farm records you create in the app: flock profiles, egg production logs, feed records, paddock rotations, health and medication records, hatchery records, sales and preorder records, and related farm management data. This data belongs to you and is used solely to provide the app's features.

How we use your data

• To operate your account and provide the app's features
• To manage your subscription and bird-count plan limits
• To send login verification codes to your email

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share your data with other companies or organizations for advertising.
• We do not show ads in the app.

Data security

All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Account access is protected by email verification codes.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing chris@staffordhillfarms.com with the subject "Delete my Flock Steward data." We will delete your account data within 30 days of a verified request.

Children

Flock Steward is intended for adults (18+) managing farm operations and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and notify users through the app or by email.
